Regenerated Farms Regenerated Towns Regenerated Nature is a highly speculative Master of Architecture Major Thesis project focusing on the slow death of regional towns in western Victoria.

The project proposed that commodity farming could be consolidated into highly technological, cross programmed buildings to release farming land back to rehabilitation efforts like that of Greening Australia’s Habitat 141. The project speculated that wrapping towns in high density farming infrastructure could build on an area’s agricultural base and preserve the continuity of life in regional towns. The architectural proposal went further to adapt the farming infrastructure to provide program and amenity beyond that of farming, making the architecture accessible to the community and building on themes of hyper cross-programming and usability of built footprint.
