Design and documentation of the removal of an addition, a new bathroom and laundry extension and the renovation of a heritage listed house in Skipton, west of Ballarat.

The project is complex with the building heritage listed, but, with a floor level well below the current flood level and a high risk of flooding. Sadly, the property flooded in 2022 and the project is on hold.
